Headquarters Thales Germany Ditzingen

On the approximately 50,000 sqm site on the edge of the existing Ditzingen industrial estate on the A 81 motorway, a building ensemble is constructed with four square administration and production buildings connected at the corners, each enclosing an inner courtyard. The new Thales Deutschland headquarters has approximately 60,000 square meters of floor space and is equipped with state-of-the-art technology.

The completed building provides space for around 1,800 employees and has a surface parking garage with approximately 1,200 parking spaces. The garage will be located to the southeast of the construction project, in the direction of the freeway.
