In the center of Düsseldorf, between Königsallee, Hofgartenallee, and Schadowplatz, the so-called "Kö-Bogen" is being built. Two 26-meter-high buildings are being constructed and be in use by exclusive retail, offices, and gastronomic offerings. Parking will be available in a four-story underground garage, which will be accessed via car tunnels to be newly built.

On one side, the building mirrors the curved forms of the neighboring Schauspielhaus theater, while on the other side, the façade is broken by the three-slab high-rise building opposite and reflected by green spaces.
