Our apprentice Kai Oliver Rascher is one of the 15 best apprentices of the e-Masters specialist companies in Germany. The Salvia team congratulates him warmly on this outstanding achievement! As a prospective electronics technician for energy and building technology, he completed the third year of his apprenticeship with flying colours and a very good A average.   

The marketing and service cooperation e-masters honoured the 15 best apprentices from the 2,700 e-masters specialist companies in Germany. With an interesting event in Berlin from 22 to 24 June 2018, the apprentices were able to celebrate their success and be adequately celebrated themselves. 

They spent the night at the Hotel Estrel, where the e-masters trendforum was held at the same time. On Friday, the programme included a visit to the exhibition with the highlights of the industry and service partners, the trainee award ceremony, and the evening trade fair party.

The next day, the trainees explored Berlin "differently". They went to the Teufelsberg for the MISSION (IM) POSSIBLE tour, where obstacles had to be beaten, tricky puzzles solved, and decisive clues found, to find the "treasure". Saturday evening began with a 4-course menu followed by an exciting World Cup football broadcast, the "Stars in Concert", and to round off the evening, the party in the hotel disco.
