Salvia Building Technologies Strengthens Its Industrial Expertise with the Acquisition of IFT (International Facility Technologies) GmbH from Moritzburg/Dresden
Salvia Building Technologies and IFT GmbH have taken a significant step in their corporate development. Salvia Building Technologies has acquired 100% of the shares in IFT GmbH. This strategic merger represents an important milestone in the further development of the Salvia Group's industrial sector.
IFT will continue to operate as an independent company under its existing management and will complement Salvia Building Technologies service portfolio. Headquartered in Moritzburg with strong expertise in industrial applications, IFT serves as the foundation for the "Industrial Solutions" division of Salvia Building Technologies.
