Around 130 specialists combine their expertise across seven locations in Germany

Eislingen, July 2026 – Salvia Gebäudetechnik continues its strategic growth trajectory and is consolidating its planning expertise in the field of technical building equipment (TGA) under a new unifies brand: QUADRION Engineering GmbH. Effective 1 July 2026, the former companies TEPMA Engineering GmbH, SE Engineering GmbH, and Janowski Ingenieure GmbH have combined their expertise in heating, ventilation, plumbing, electrical engineering, instrumentation and control (I&C), and digital planning using Building Information Modeling (BIM) under the QUADRION Engineering brand.

A Brand with Technical Identity

The name QUADRION represents integrated building services engineering built on a holistic understanding of technical systems. The "four" is deliberately derived from Cost Group 400 of DIN 276 and at the same time symbolizes the four central disciplines of modern building services technology: heating, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical and MSR technology. QUADRION combines technical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a comprehensive approach to designing intelligent, high-performance buildings.

Scale with Regional Presence

With around 130 employees, QUADRION is a significant planning organization in Germany. The new structure combines the advantages of a high-performing, nationwide organization with the proximity and flexibility of regional locations. By pooling expertise, projects can be handled across locations, specialist knowledge can be deployed where it is needed the most, and resources can be used efficiently. At the same time, the established customer relationships, the regional teams, and the entrepreneurial culture of the previous companies are preserved. Operational responsibility continues to be held by the previous managing directors Detlef Cordes, Sebastian Schulz, and Frank Schulze. All employees will be retained, and all locations will remain continue to operate.

Part of a Strong Engineering Platform

QUADRION is part of the Planning Business Unit of Salvia Gebäudetechnik. Within this unit, the company works closely with HTW Ingenieure. Both companies are gradually continuing to strengthen their collaboration and drawing on shared expertise, while remaining independent brands with their own identity. The new organization promotes stronger technical collaboration and the continuous advancement of digital planning methods and processes.
