The managing partner Filippo Salvia of Salvia Elektrotechnik GmbH is delighted with this award, which impressively reflects the sustainable growth that Salvia Elektrotechnik has achieved in recent years. An increase of over 70%.

For the first time, FOCUS and its cooperation partner Statista have identified Germany's top 500 companies with the highest growth in sales between 2011 and 2014.

Of 140 countries surveyed, Germany is now in fourth place in terms of competitiveness. Only the USA, Singapore, and winner Switzerland are even better, as reported in the "Global Competitiveness Report" of the renowned Swiss foundation World Economic Forum WEF. According to the report, competitiveness primarily means growth and adaptability.
The analysis of this report shows that Germany's fourth place is mainly due to the traditionally strong small and medium-sized enterprises with many family-run businesses. They think long-term, often behave anti-cyclically and are very quality-conscious. They also have a high degree of flexibility.

This collected data clearly express that Germany is still capable of growth and Salvia Elektrotechnik GmbH is right at the forefront.

„"The mood at our company is excellent. Thanks to the above-average performance of our team and thanks to our values, which were an important basis for determining the Growth Champions 2016, we have been able to achieve such growth rates over the years. However, this success is also based on our customer strategy "energy with reason", which has shown that we have consistently and always been one idea ahead. We want to continue to expand this approach in the future so that additional growth can be generated with the appropriate implementation. This makes us even more competitive," says Filippo Salvia, an entrepreneur visibly trough and through.
