Salvia Group GmbH and Wallburg Kältetechnik GmbH have signed an agreement today under which Salvia will hold 55% of the shares in Wallburg Kältetechnik GmbH. The remaining shares will remain in the possession of the company's founder and managing director Rüdiger Wallburg for the time being.

With this strategic partnership, Salvia and Wallburg aim to further expand their regional availability in Baden-Württemberg and their expertise in the HVAC sector.
