Company

Last weekend, a new newspaper report was published by the Electrical Guild in cooperation with the NWZ/GZ. The topic covered - our group of companies.

Salvia Building Technologies is: Simply electrifying!

The following is the report:

We Bring Buildings to Life!

Salvia Building Technology realises projects regionally and throughout all of Germany. For almost a year now, employees and customers have had access to one of the most modern office buildings in the region.

The electrical trade in the district does not only pursue small projects, which is impressively demonstrated by Salvia Building Technologies. The company brings buildings to life - and is already thinking about tomorrow today. Starting as an electrical company in Eislingen in 2008, Salvia Elektro has developed over the past 14 years into an independent, medium-sized full-service provider in the field of technical building equipment in Germany - Salvia Building Technologies

Salvia covers the entire technical life cycle of building technology. From the initial feasibility studies through the complete planning phases and execution to the operation of buildings and sites.

"Our teams' standards of quality and customer satisfaction are high." Filippo Salvia, Managing Director Salvia Building Technologies

With around 1,500 employees at 25 locations, Salvia is available to customers regionally and throughout Germany. "The teams in our group of companies handle both large and small projects - but always with high standards of quality and customer satisfaction," explains Filippo Salvia, Managing Director at Salvia Building Technologies.

The company's employees are what make the group of companies. Therefore, the best working conditions are prioritised at all locations.

Innovatice, healthy, and digital - working at Salvia Building Technologies

With the most modern working environments and conditions, Salvia always keeps up with the times. The company offers its employees individually modern, innovative, and healthy solutions. Salvia Building Technologies recently won the Corporate Health Award for its corporate health management, and as an innovative and forward-looking company, Salvia continues to ensure the satisfaction and health of its employees and does not rest on its laurels.

Analogue meets digital at the new company headquarters in Eislingen

For almost a year now, Salvia Gebäudetechnik has been serving customers in the Buntweberei in Eislingen in one of the most modern office buildings in the region. After almost two years of construction, the building, which offers space for 140 employees, is now complete. The new construction of the company headquarters at the Eislingen site is a logical and decisive step into the future. The special feature of the building is the diverse spatial possibilities and workplace offers paired with sophisticated technical and digital solutions of the building technology.

Plenty of space and light for new ideas and innovations - the new building has a lot to offer. The three-storey building shines with a translucent, open construction and lots of glass. The sizes of the offices are adapted to the employees' needs.

"Our new workplace concept allows employees to choose their workstation flexibly. This creates a new and simpler level of communication that promotes innovation," reports Managing Director Dirk Jannausch. "Another highlight is the newly developed LuCas app: keys are a thing of the past, employees can easily make desk and room bookings, control the building smartly and have completely new options in visitor management."

Follow Career Paths

"As a company, we can only grow if our employees grow. We want everyone to be able to develop and continuously expand their potential. At the same time, we want to keep our employees up to date with the latest technical and professional developments. That's why we founded the Salvia Academy." From apprentice to project manager, whether on-site or at head office: at Salvia, every employee receives individual support. "To help shape the future, the training of our own 'heroes and heroines of tomorrow' is our top priority," says Dirk Jannausch. At the moment, there are around 165 apprentices and dual students at all locations.
