Approximately 301 jobs secured – Strengthening the market position in Bavaria
Eislingen, 16 February 2026
Salvia Building Technology today signed a purchase and transfer agreement as part of an asset deal to acquire the operational core business in the field of electrical engineering of Claus Heinemann Elektroanlagen GmbH. The transaction is taking place within the framework of the company’s ongoing insolvency proceedings.
The acquisition covers exclusively the operational core business. The charging infrastructure division “Charge One” is not part of the transaction.
With the acquisition, approximately 301 jobs (as of the end of January 2026) will be secured and business operations will continue.
The completion of the transaction is subject to antitrust approval, which is expected by the end of the first quarter of 2026.
“It is important to us that Claus Heinemann continues to operate as an independent business unit. The existing management remains responsible, and we are creating a stable structure for employees within our group,” explains Dirk Jannausch, Managing Director of the Salvia Group.
“For our customers, the acquisition means reliability and continuity. At the same time, we are strengthening our market position in Bavaria and expanding our capabilities in the field of electrical engineering,” emphasizes Filippo Salvia, founder and Managing Director of the Salvia Group.
Business operations will continue seamlessly. Customers and business partners will continue to benefit from their familiar contacts as well as from the additional stability and performance within the Salvia Group.
