Salvia Gebäudetechnik has received antitrust approval for the acquisition of the operational core business in the field of electrical engineering from Claus Heinemann Elektroanlagen GmbH. Following clearance by the German Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt), the transaction has now been successfully completed.

With this approval, the acquisition of the operational core business has been legally finalized as part of an asset deal. Jobs will be retained, and business operations will continue seamlessly as planned.

Claus Heinemann will continue to operate as an independent operational unit within the Salvia Group. The existing management will remain responsible for the operational business, ensuring continuity for employees, customers, and business partners.

With the successful completion of the transaction, the Salvia Group further strengthens its market position in Bavaria and expands its capabilities in the field of electrical engineering.
