Salvia Elektrotechnik GmbH is one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. With 400 per cent growth in turnover between 2012 and 2015 and a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 71 per cent, we are a proud part of the recently published ranking of Europe's Fastest-Growing Companies FT 1000. In an elaborate analysis, the business newspaper Financial Times and the statistics portal Statista identified those companies that, thanks to their strong growth, are the driving forces behind Europe's economy in the 21st century. Out of several tens of thousands of potential candidates, 1000 companies, including Salvia Elektrotechnik, made it onto the list. We are delighted to be ranked 308th overall and 5th out of 33 German companies in the industrial sector.

Our growth engines: employees, know-how, and full service

"Our good performance has earned us many regular customers and thus created a good name for us in the industry," says Managing Director Filippo Salvia, explaining the company's success. During the period under review, the number of employees almost doubled. This is also where the company has mainly invested, in the know-how of its employees.

"We want to be a full-service provider and cover all areas of electrical engineering and communication technology - also after project completion through our increased competence in after-sales," Filippo Salvia describes his strategy. His thanks go to all employees, partners, and customers who have contributed to this strong growth.

The award as Europe's Fastest Growing Company FT 1000 once again confirms Salvia's growth strength. Only in November 2016, we were named Growth Champion for the second time in a row by FOCUS magazine and Statista. Our goal is to continue to grow while continuing to meet our high-quality standards and those of our customers as usual.
