Salvia Elektrotechnik GmbH, a company with sustained growth and innovation, has received the coveted BAVARIA’S BEST 50 award.

The award ceremony took place on 29. July 2014 in the venerable Kaisersaal of the Munich Residence.

For the 13th time, the Bavarian State Minister for Economic Affairs and Media, Energy, and Technology honours Bavarian companies for their innovative strength, entrepreneurial creativity, and stability as well as their future-proof business models.

During the selection process, special focus was placed on an appropriate equity ratio, profitability, and continued positive business development - i.e. sustainable economic activity.

"We are very proud of the title BAYERNS BEST 50 and sincerely thank our employees for actively contributing to this team’s success," says Managing Director Filippo Salvia. "This award is a great recognition of our work, gave us particular pleasure, and backs our strategy of meeting all customer needs alongside pinpoint project management, value-added solutions, and comprehensive consulting," Salvia continues.

In recent years, Salvia Elektrotechnik has tripled its turnover and has now commissioned well over 1,450 installed systems. Currently, 178 employees form the basis for a company culture that makes it possible to seize new opportunities and thus generate sustainable growth and employment.

New major contracts such as the Aquis Plaza shopping centre in Aachen, the AndreasQuartier residential, and commercial complex in Düsseldorf, the Ibis Novotel in Munich, the New Office Airport Stuttgart (NOAS), and the new industrial building of Elring Klinger Kunststofftechnik in Bietigheim-Bissingen are an expression of Salvia Elektrotechnik's performance and quality. Integrated solutions are realised for the most diverse and complex building structures.

Salvia Electrical engineering invests for the long term.

In a forward-looking move, a new office has been opened in Schkeuditz near Leipzig, specifically with a functional business unit for the planning and execution of medium- and high-voltage systems, and a new head office with a corresponding organisational structure and workflow is being planned to continue to be among the best.

Through an optimised, internal qualification, further, and advanced training programme for all employees, customer satisfaction in terms of design, project management, maintenance, and service is to be increased in a demand- and target-oriented manner as well as flexibly and continuously.

"Economic success always means social responsibility. Our company offers excellent prospects not only to applicants with many years of professional experience but also to young talents as well as trainees," says authorised signatory Lothar Leuchter.
