Eislingen/Fils, 16. Juni 2026 – Salvia Building Technology has successfully completed the previously agreed acquisition of a 74.9 percent majority stake in Hand & Werk GmbH. Following the fulfillment of all required conditions, including antitrust approval, the transaction has now been finalized.

Under the DC Blue brand, the Hand & Werk Group specializes in the planning, delivery, and operation of data centers. With its proven expertise in digital infrastructure, the company is an ideal complement to Salvia Building Technology’ service portfolio and further strengthens the Group’s position in one of Europe’s most dynamic growth markets.
