The whistleblower protection system is based on the so-called Whistleblower Directive of the EU (RL 2019/1937) and the German Whistleblower Protection Act.

Why should I file a report?

Compliance forms the basis for a good reputation and for the trust of our customers and business partners.

Of course, all previous channels for reporting compliance suspicions or violations are still available to you - by e-mail, telephone/MS teams, letter or a direct conversation.

Please only make reports of which you are certain that the facts reported are true. If you deliberately report untruthful allegations or untrue facts to us, this may even be punishable by law or a fine. Please also note that our whistleblowing system is not available for general complaints, customer complaints or warranty issues.
