Company

The "Seewiesen" of the large district town of Eislingen/Fils - a place that was known for its role in the textile business, especially in the 19th century. Over the course of the last four years, a new quarter has been created on the former site of the Wurster weaving mill, combining fun & experience, health & enjoyment, business & networking in a new "place to be" - the BUNTWEBEREI.

The area celebrated its opening on the weekend of 17 and 18 September. The initiator of the area is Filippo Salvia, managing director of Salvia Building Technologies. His idea of a multi-purpose area holds great business and social potential for the district of Göppingen. New workplaces, rentable co-working spaces, meeting rooms, hotel, event space - the Buntweberei is a meeting place for collaboration, but also for having a good time together, for example working out in the gym, having a cocktail in the resident Skybar or strolling through the fashion shop of influencer Karo Kauer.

The Eislingen headquarters of Salvia Building Technologies is located in the ultra-modern, digitised office building on the site where the first "Open Day" was held on Sunday, 18 September 2022. Five guided tours, the freely accessible ground floor, informative posters and friendly staff - these were the ingredients needed to get visitors to the Buntweberei also excited about the Salvia Gebäudetechnik building. On the ground floor, they were able to get to know the office on their own. In guided tours, Managing Director Dirk Jannausch described how exactly the workplace concept of Salvia Gebäudetechnik in Eislingen works and how digital solutions, such as an app for building control, help to save energy and material and to work as cost-efficiently as possible. Additional information, such as facts and figures and project references, were provided by the informative posters. Employees from various departments were also on hand to answer any further questions.

The interest in the Salvia Group building proves the opposite. With a waffle in hand and good live music at the grand opening party, the tour of discovery was successfully rounded off.
